About Us
Brief Historical Sketch
The Frenchtown Senior Center was first located at 2775 Nadeau
Road. It was incorporated on October 3, 1977. In February 1979, the
new Frenchtown Senior Center located at 2786 Vivian Road opened it
doors. The Center is fully equipped and designed with many indoor
activities planned. Membership has over 1,000 active members. The
Center welcomes anyone 55 years & older and associate members. The
Center is organized to create effective relationships among
participants, staff, governing body, and the community in order to
achieve it's purpose. The Center is volunteer driven and is able to
provide many programs with the help of dedicated volunteers and
members.
Mission Statement
The purpose of the Frenchtown Senior Center is to host and plan
programs that encourage the older adult to socialize and participate
in activities designed to assist them to live more independent and
inter dependent lives.
